UMG Nashville is the country music arm of Univeral Music Group. The country & western sector is one of the largest grossing sectors in the USA.
We were asked to create a new label site to showcase it’s enviable roster of both the biggest artists in country music and also the brand that UMG represents of Capitol, EMI, MCA & Mercury.
In what was a large scale design & build project we focussed on creating a platform that allowed ease of search and fluid presentation of rich content.
We wanted the site to feel like a progressive take on the music and it’s foundations and we set about creating a smart new site that allowed this huge roster of talent to shine.
